Summertime

And the livingz easy...
Been doing a tatooing apprenticeship at Fat Bobs in Ipswich, but have been drawing and painting more than ever. I'm yet to be bothered to get those scanned and up so meanwhile, I'll compensate by posting these:





See as well as tattooing this summer, I've been doing band things to and with band things comes BAND ART :D
Above is the band art for the Glunge/acoustic trio that was briefly myself Weetton and Gabby.


Below is the new band-name "Minted Babies"
Yeah I know. Has been improved. And I like to think the logo is slightly better...









And last but I hope not least is the logo for the future-band "Madelines Eyes"
I will say no more on the topic.

I got a job now!

...So I shan't be so poor, which will just be magic!
Aside from that I've been busy at work in Idea's Generation, designing and "generating idea's" for a childrens TV show.
Here's mine.







Can you guess what it's about. I wanted it very much to run through the 'Charlie and Lola' vein except be more educational, promote healthy living and learning, exploring old tradidtions whilst incorporating new technology.

Yeah, I know. Ridiculously late. Shag-ass, next week it'll be March O.O

No I havn't been ridiculously busy with a crazy booming social life - I'm far too poor for that! Best excuse is that first I had many deadlines, we decided to move house again (chavvy neighbours figured it would be fun to throw our bikes in a river)and my laptop went and got a virus, so updating this has really been the very last thing on my mind. But enough excuses.

So I shall upload some things to summarise the last few months or so.

Here are some things I meant to upload ages ago, from my foundation year. These are my favourite bits and bobs which I feel most happy about.

"Sleeping Beauty" - Did you know that in the original story that it was NOT the princes kiss that awoke her? No no, he raped her (while she was asleep - practically necrophillia) and then buggered off. She didn't wake up till 9 months later when she gave birth to twins and one of them sucked on her finger, dislodging the poison splinter.

"A stationary sunrise" Part of explorative work in my "Ideas Generation" module. Believe it or not this is just a photo of our group messing around with an OHP box, bringing objects closer to the light to get the colour effects.

Visual Studies

Is exhausting.
But strangely educating.


I was told that some of the fails had potential to be better than some of the finals.
I disagree for now.
We shall see.
